• Work closely with distribution team to launch any campaign. 
• Work together with other division to ensure the alignment and approval of Product Governance Committee (PGC) before launch.
• Gather and prepare relevant information, market information for our product benchmarking, handle product review report.
• Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our products are delivered on time and produce the desired results
• Driving work through various operational departments to meet litigation project requests. This includes creating work orders for tasks associated with data intake, culling, processing, hosting and production and completing quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product before it is released to the market. 
• Execute go-to-market plan by delivering offerings to the right distribution channel 
• Work closely with line manager to update status of product
• Coordinate with Communication Management to create communication material about product features and suggest on features to be highlighted to increase productivity.

Must Have

• Bechelor or Master’s degree holder with education background in related fields (i.e. Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related experience).
• Work Experience in market analysis, business strategy planning, Insurance Product Development, Underwriting
• 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in the Insurance Industry, or related areas (i.e. process improvement, risk management, project management, business analysis/ data analytics, new product development, reinsurance, MIS, actuary, sales & distribution)
• Excellent English proficiency
