What you do

Support the team in the Allianz Trade Payment Factory payments process and support the business in its projects impacting the Scope Payment Factory Group payment processes:
- Operational monitoring of payments from entities/BUs within the scope of the Group Payment Factory (35 Benelux Entities, CEE, France, Nordics, UK, Ireland),
- Project management concerning the Payment Factory payments process in the implementation of tools allowing payment management,
- Support, develop and harmonize Payments Factory controls,
- Accompany and support the transformation of the Allianz Trade Group,
- Train team members on SAP, Swift, Yooz and the payments process,
- Management of bank accounts of entities/BU within the scope of Payment Factory,
- Back up of the Treasury Analyst in the daily provisioning of bank accounts,
- Support the Payment Factory team in their daily tasks during holidays.

What you bring

- Academic Level:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics or management
- Business Expertise:
* Knowledge of the credit insurance market
* Knowledge of the functioning of the banking and financial market (payment files, bank statements, cash forecast, etc.)
* SAP accounting tool
- Interpersonal Skills:
* Perfect command of English and French or Dutch
* Ability to interact within the multidisciplinary team
* Minimum 3 years experience in management, control, accounting or investment
* Minimum 3 years experience in a back office, payment factory or treasury department
