What you do
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will report to the 
Global HR Director and manage a team of 4+ HRBPs globally while being responsible for connecting business challenges and goals to people activities and outcomes and leading on organisational change, ensuring successful adoption in a fast growing environment. You will develop and implement better, consistent people management practices for a business with the total size of 5K+ globally.

 

  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate curiosity and empathy and a desire to learn all aspects of the business and understand its goals. Seek to understand the enterprise strategy and on-going transformation of the business
  • Effective Relationship Building: Inspire confidence in Leadership of the HR’s ability, especially relevant in times of big change. Become the leaders’s go to person on the HR challenges. Partner effectively with the regional HR teams
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with and influence senior stakeholders, advising on what can and should be delivered in terms of strategic HR initiatives. Active discussion partner for functional business leaders. Provide consulting advice, build credibility, demonstrate accountability to influence the senior stakeholders and to present compelling, financially sound business cases
  • Change Management: Lead on all organisation change, ensuring successful adoption, and demonstrate the ability to facilitate discussions around change and transformation with Leadership
  • Problem Solving: Identify strategic, cross-business problems before they emerge, and are critical in helping all teams/squads get to root causes and solutions
  • Communication: Communicate the long-term vision and mission for the company effectively
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Align the people costs spent with strategic workforce plans. Interpret the business startegy to deliver startegic workforce plan in collaboration with key partners (short and long term plans)
  • Coaching: Be able to coach the business leaders, direct reports and the wider HRBP community
  • Data Driven & Digital Acumen:  Effectively utilize digital technologies and tools. Prepare a plan on how HR can have a greater impact on the business performance by leveraging data and insight as well as interpret and provide metrics and KPI to guide management decisions that drive people strategy
  • HR Strategy & Organization Design: Proactively support the development and implementation of the vision and strategy for HR for the function that would impact the business (i.e. engagement, retention) 
  • Collaboration: Lead management of all people aspects in conjunction with HR Centres of Expertise (CoE) and wider HR community
  • Organizational health and effectiveness: Consult and identify ways to improve business efficiency and operational improvements in alignment with the business model
  • Team leadership: Create and lead a high performing HR Business Partnering team
  • Company Culture: Positively drive the company culture, ensuring that values and behaviors are embedded throughout the organization. Partner with stakeholders to reinforce and embed the desired values and culture of organization.

 

What you bring

  • 7+ years’ experience as HR Business partner in a global, matrix organization 
  • Fluent knowledge of both French & English
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Robust and effective consulting approach 
  • Strong communication,  team spirit and flexibility  
  • Ability to multitask and work remotely in an international environment.
