Key responsibilities/What you do

The Project manager for Central Reporting is placed within our Operations Reporting division and is reporting to the Head of Central Reporting. The role manages projects aiming to expand and improve Allianz Partners operations reporting. It covers all Line of Business (LoBs) within the reporting scope. The role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, report visualization and communication skills to convey complex information effectively. It also requires a good understanding of business processes and it`s relation with key performance indicators. The project manager for central reporting will collaborate with cross-functional teams, in an international context, ensuring that reporting aligns with organizational objectives of Allianz Partners. In addition, this role involves strong coordination and project management skills to ensure the delivery of required reports, strive for data quality and the implementation and development of data visualization solutions (like Power BI, dashboard creation and formal presentations, etc).

This role will be critical on the synthetization of data and KPIs to enable the identification of actionable insights to support data driven decision-making across the organization.

 

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and hence foster efficiency and effectiveness. Also identify potential improvements thanks to insights coming from the indicators tracked in the different reports.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of reporting functions.
  • Process Development: Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of reporting processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
  • Report Development: Lead the design and creation of comprehensive reports to ensure that key performance indicators are properly measured and communicated crossed Allianz Partners.
  • Visualization: Coordinate data visualization implementations within the different visualization tools to present information in a clear and accessible manner to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex data insights to all relevant stakeholders to facilitate data drive decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and align reports with organizational goals of Allianz Partners.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee data analysis initiatives and processes to ensure accuracy, relevance and reliability of the reported information as well as ensuring that key findings and points of attention are taken into consideration by stakeholders for further analysis.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align reporting initiatives with strategic objectives of Allianz Partners to contribute to the overall business success and smooth transition by facilitating access to data.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the integrity of the reported data. Coordinating with the respective stakeholders the corrective actions to improve data quality when there are corresponding findings.
  • Technology Integration: Stay up to date to the newest reporting tools and technologies and in consequence integrate innovations to improve reporting capabilities.
  • Compliance: Ensure reporting practices adhere to industry regulations and organizational standards of Allianz Partners.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to the Reporting teams to enhance their reporting skills and capabilities.
  • Data Security: Implement measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data in reporting processes.

 

Key requirements/What you bring

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in data-driven working environment which includes any of the following activities: KPI monitoring & performance tracking, process optimization, reporting, audit, data visualization, creation of dashboards, data analysis, data collection, data quality, process mining.
  • Strong Project management skills being able to coordinate and align across different functions and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deep dive into processes and their corresponding indicators.
  • Strong communication skills being able to easily interact in an international environment.
  • Strong synthesizing skills being able to easily identify key messages to communicate.
  • Understanding on IT and data system integrations and high-level architecture.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
