What you do

 

As part of the Strategy, Innovation & Customer Expereince team, the Platforms unit leads the scoping, development, and deployment of Allianz Partners' Customer Facing platforms. 
Reporting to the Head of Platforms, as Project Management Officer you will support the overall coordination of the Platforms program, as a key accelerator of the future business model for Allianz Partners'. You will support in the day-to-day management of the projects with Travel, CyberCare, Home, Mobility, and Health lines of business (LoBs), and enablers function with broad exposure to the CEO and Board of Management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overall business steering of Platform deployment, supporting with definition and coordination of the project roadmap, and monitoring of key milestones
  • Coordination of business requirements, supporting the interaction of business PMOs and development teams
  • Day-to-day coordination of the working teams in the refinement and prioritization of backlog in line with business requirements and high level roadmap
  • Platforms commercial activation, supporting the business in the definition of business models for commercial deployment of platforms, and preparation of use cases for discussion with potential b-partners
  • Monitoring & supporting in the definition and maintenance of the overall business case preparation
  • Definition of budget requirements in line with business needs and defined roadmap
  • Support in the discussions with C-level stakeholders for budget approval
  • Support Head of Platforms in the interaction with support functions (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Finance), as well as the monitoring of progress


What you bring

  • 3+ years experience in content/strategy project management or program management; consulting experience is a plus 
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Strong analytical, numerical and data analysis skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills (negotiation, mediation, diplomacy…) and communication skills with confidence to interact with senior management 
  • Cultural sensitivitity to fit into a highly complex, multinational setup
  • Strong negotiation, mediation and diplomatic skills 
  • Team player, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages would be a plus 
  • Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
