Key responsibilities/What you do

Easy Living and Mobile Device, Appliances and Digital Risks (MDDR) is our Line of Business in charge of delivering services to our customers for daily life services like: TeleAssistance/TeleHealth, rehabilitation, and protection for devices and digital risks. Global Easy Living & MDDR Operations are aiming to services to customers in the most effective manner, delivering for quality and productivity indicators. Global Teams foster innovation, globalization, optimal performance management, and close monitoring of service delivery. They work with regional and local operations teams, bridging operations with global supporting functions, and acting as a single-point-of-contact to ensure higher harmonization and alignment with Group targets and standards. The Operations Steering Manager in Global Easy Living & MDDR Operations will be a key liaison agent to connect Operations and relevant global supporting functions (Performance Management, Workforce Management, Quality & Training, Fraud, Compliance, Transformation and others) and will ensure global strategies are steered and delivered in Operations in a harmonized and consistent way, and results are tracked centrally. By developing deep know-how on local operations needs and challenges, global standards, tools and methodologies, this manager will leverage global resources and adapt to the need of the various operational centers.

  • Support the implementation of the new Operations structure in complete alignment with the strategy and close collaborations with other functions (LoBs, Transversal, functions etc.), contributing positively to the overall success of Operations
  • Support Global Operations (LoBs, Transversal and functions) to implement the Group standards & policies related to operations setup, including steering & governance
  • Enable and deploy data-driven optimization and transformation initiatives for Easy-Living & MDDR Operations, as an agent of change covering near 1000 employees in multiple locations.

Key requirements/What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management, Operations background preferred
  • Knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) preferred
  • Solid Data Management skills, and ability to produce high quality reports and deliverables.
  • Self-steering, autonomous and capable to plan and foresee expectations, potential risks or escalations
  • Experience leading Change, in collaboration with multiple teams, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business
  • English mandatory, German preferred or other languages.
