 Key responsibilities/What you do

The internship will support the Group Procurement and Global Provider team in the overall management and coordination of business spend across the group across all business units globally. The internship will also support the implementation of global strategic initiatives, like DORA, TPRM and ARIBA

  • Understand global sourcing strategy and attend/manage RFP and negiotations
  • Support group strategic buyer in the deployment of ARIBA P2P in 8 countries
  • Drive projects to leverage AZP global and regional purchasing power
  • Build an inventory of agreements according to TPRM and DORA regulation
  • Maintain our Connect page and animate Procurement community together with the Head of Procurement (HoP)
  • Consistently monitor network performance and compliance and reports identified issues, challenges, opportunities to HoP. 

Key requirements/What you bring

  • Education: Master in International Procurement or in Management
  • Strong abiltiy to use data and insights to identify and drive opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions; ability to motivate and influence key project stakeholders and drive change
  • Strong English written and oral communication. Another language would be a plus.
