What you do

The HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering continuous improvement in HR service in a fast growing environment, including continued regional expansion, with exposure to an increasing number of legislative jurisdictions. The incumbent helps to develop and implement better people management practices

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Proactively support the development and implementation of the vision and strategy for HR for the function
  • Drive positive business performance through HR interventions and along the HR value chain
  • Proactively support the development and implementation of the HR people strategy
  • Active discussion partner for functional business leaders 
  • Lead management of all people aspects in conjunction with HR Centres of Expertise (CoE)
  • Provide business advisory to leaders to drive organisational design, streamlining, restructuring and being the key oint of contact for collective consultation
  • Support the prioritization and development of business plans and initiatives that drive the business strategy, leveraging HR Centers of Excellence (CoE's) to provide services that support business needs
  • Drive the Performance Management and Development process to promote a high-performance culture in partnership with R&P CoEincl. functional recognition

 

What you bring

  • 7+ years’ experience as HR Business partner, preferably in a global organization 
  • Fluent knowledge of English, any other language is an extra
  • Strong communication & working structure skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in an international environment.
  • Ability to work and interact remotely
  • Strong team spirit and flexibility
