What you do

Reporting ot the Global Chief Compliance Officer, the Anti-Fraud & Investigations Manager is responsible for assuring compliance support for the company's global objectives on specific topics such as fraud, whistleblowing, corrupations and the related investigations, reporting and management.

In this role, you will steer the design and architecture of the respective Compliance Program topic, managing the oversight over relevant functional areas, related training, upskilling and coordinating the compliance activities within the AzP group globally.

 

key repsonsibilties

  • Instill a Compliance ethic within AzP Group, aiming that as an organisation we recognize the role of Compliance and supports it fully.
  • Propose and prepare topic related group-wide Policies, Standards and Functional Rules, ensuring compliance with relevant internal and external requirements
  • Steers topic related Risk Assessment and Program Maturity evaluations together with Business Functions
  • Perform Compliance investigations and enquiries (in conjunction with Legal,  Audit and other stakeholders as appropriate)
  • Oversees and contributes to topic related internal and external Audits, Compliance Reviews.
  • Ensures adequate topic training (content/ design/ execution)
  • Deliver reporting input to the Chief Compliance Officer on a timely basis contributing towards board disclosures
  • Initiates and coordinates internal policy or process adjustments (design and implementation) and manages relevant line and project resources 

 

What you bring 

  • Substantial experience in a Compliance/Risk Management/ Project Management environment
  • Experience in facilitating, coordinating and managing internal investigations, follow-upon Criminal proceedings and management of Financial Crimes.
  • Advanced legal/ regulatory understanding across mutliple countries and jurisdictions in which AzP operates with regards to the relevant risk areas
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance environment - including policies, laws and regulations - across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience in the insurance or banking industry. Strong knowledge about risks and controls applicable to insurance business
  • Experience of working internationally and of remotely managing global expert networks across numerous locations
