Role :

Within a very operational team of life and disability claims, you are required to manage a portfolio while also work in close collaboration with the rest of the team.

Your main missions are:

- Management of insurance claims (incapacity, invalidity, death)

- Good understanding of insurance guarantees contained in insurance contracts

- Monitoring of tables / spreadsheets used for the calculation of mathematical reserves

- Participation in the anti-fraud process

- Active participation during internal and external audits

- Monitoring of risk assessment

- Interactions with medical advisers on health, life and disability files for the acceptance and management of advanced claims and cost containment on cases with third party administrators

- Collaboration with the partners in charge of the Assistance coverage on repatriation files

- Management of relations with partners (brokers, third party administrators)

- Cross-functional communication with other departments of Allianz Care (legal, accounting, actuarial, portfolio monitoring team)
