Job Purpose/Role

Reporting to the Head of Function in Organizational Management, you will be responsible for supporting the steering and transforming key OM activities. The core of this role is providing executive support to the Head of function including the following key responsibilities:

  • being the communication interface handling in- and outgoing information of the OM & OPS Transformation team 
  • validating and transforming core activities along OM core processes
  • support the budget and portfolio activies of the TAD, liasing with P&C team to ensure overall TAD inputs for Board, Group and TO reporting.
  • handling (sub-)projects independently and providing support for selected strategic projects (e.g. coordination of Audit/ Compliance activities impacting/ due by OM);
  • creating top management presentations such as internal and external presentations, briefings, reports, reviews and analysis related to the execution of high profile strategic projects and programs being presented to the Head of OM Department, the board and non OM stakeholders thus,ensuring accuracy and quality to facilitate cooperation with OM key stakeholders (COO, HR, TO, Finance, Compliance); 
  • act as the key interface between TAD and other functions, support meetings as required by the Head of OM Department ensuring co-ordination across the preparation of agenda, attendance lists, manuals and other relevant materials; Co-Ordinate team offsites. Ensuring always a focus on the direction of TAD and stregthening the link between LOB SD and LOB delivery.
  • set up, maintainance and follow up of OM Executive and Team meeting governance.

  • Experience in project management, transition programs and change management trainings
  • Aptitude in budget tracking, IT cost management
  • Experinece in handling relations with Providers
  • Ability in Risk assessment and analysis
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated potential for Leadership, ability to motivate, negotiate and facilitation skills
