Key responsibilities/What you do
Working within the Global Strategic Partnerships division (Automotive & Mobilitiy) we have the main responsibility to partner with global Automotive Manufacturers (OEMs) and other new and existing stakeholders in the mobility eco-system, together with a cross departmental team, attract and develop profitable and successful automotive business.
Reporting to The Head of Business Development Automotive, in this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire sales process, including but not limited to RFPs. The deals are always multi-country and potentially multi-product therefore there is a significant amount of iternal and external stakholder managemet:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy and hunting list
- Identify, attract, negotiate and close new opportunities with new and existing partners Lead multi-markets tender requests and international OEM projects
- Build a comprehensive network within the industry
- Build an understanding of key customer needs and requirements and input client strategy to support development of new business solutions suiting the market trends and partners business needs
- Cooperate, problem solve and manage internal and external stakeholdes across all areas of the organization to ensure that the new business targets are achieved
Key requirements/What you bring
- Minimum 5 + years experience with proven sales track record
- Experienece with developing new and existing business customer and business segments within the Insurance / Assistance / Automotive environment
- Strong network within the automotive industry (Business acumen into Chinese market would be a plus)
- Excellent project management skills and experience in complex multi-stakeholder settings
- Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to influence, persuade and present on senior level
- Dedication to highest quality standards and willingness to speak up and challenge
- Excellent English (written and spoken), other languages (especially German and / or French or Chinese) would be a plus
