The Service Management department is in charge to organize, support, report, … the relation between Allianz
France and Allianz Technology France by managing all the infrastructure services delivered to Allianz France. It is
organized per pillar : DCCS, Workplace, Network, Security and one dedicated pole around the performance. We recruit
the Service Delivery Manager for the Workplace perimeter.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Steer service providers on a regular basis for service operation and continuously improve service operations in close cooperation with contract management
  • Coordinate, monitor, steer and continuously improve the services / service delivery according to service lifecycle management
  • Liaise with technical and / or delivery experts or respective service providers to ensure the services are balanced between both standard solutions and customer needs
  • Contribute in all the QoS meetings on her/his perimeter (SDTM, SRC, meeting with provider, ...)
     

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
 

  • Nominal experience within an IT Service Management role conducting development of Information Technology processes, information flow, associated reports, and applications for defined service domain
  • Possess moderate verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with technical and nontechnical people at various levels in the organization
  • Senior Manager with 5 years of experience in large companies (international environment)
  • Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience
  • Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations
