What will you do?
We are seeking a talented and motivated Financial Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on implementing data-driven automation into our financial processes and conduct various quantitative analyses to support our business operations. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data science and finance, driving efficiency and innovation in our financial operations.
- Develop and implement data-driven automation solutions for financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy;
- Perform quantitative analyses to support financial decision-making and strategic planning;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and data analysis;
- Design and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports;
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and inform business strategies;
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial analysis and reporting;
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science and financial technology.

Is this you?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Proven experience in data science, with a focus on financial processes and quantitative analysis;
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL;
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, or similar;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely;
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in life, P&C, and health insurance, is a plus.
