What you do

The jobholder :
1) is a specialist in questions regarding technical contract  / policy design and documentation of special agreements in trade credit insurance contracts
2) monitors contracts in progress
3) processes and decides on contract amendments that are not relevant to premiums 
4) process turnover declarations (incl chasing and consistency checks)

* Response to queries in a timely and efficient manner to promote a customer-oriented culture in Allianz Trade
* Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline, to facilitate end markets’ review and analysis
* Ensure KPI figures are met as per agreed SLAs
* Offer support to new team members and share knowledge and best practices
Maintaines Policy Admin Data

 

What you bring

School education: Minimum A-Level
Education:

  • Commercial education, preferably insurance 
  •  Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration

Credit Insurance knowledge (including Products and Services offered)
Knowledge of accounting processes would be a plus

Technical knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Word)

Language skills:
