As s Principal Strategy Consultant you will provide highly-valued strategic consulting to partners across our Enterprise with an emphasis on supporting the agendas of the Technology and Transformation teams. The focus of the position is to guide complex projects from inception through delivery and provide ongoing support. Accountabilities include capabilities & technology implementation consulting, market research, group collaboration, and organizational design support. You will report to the IT Sr. Director.

 

What you do:

 

  • Gather and analyze information to create actionable strategic plans. Includes competitive analysis, industry trends, hypotheses formulations and testing, and macro/contextual trends. Present strategic plans and recommendations to leadership.
  • Understand current strategy best practices and makes recommendations to enhance strategic thinking throughout the organization.
  • Partner with business and technology to fully understand current state strategic approaches/needs, combine learning from partners into a complete strategy framework, and utilize assessment tools to ensure we are on the right path.
  • Collaborate with global partners to facilitate best practice sharing, facilitate critical meetings with Group colleagues and ensure completion of activities, report on important initiatives/priorities, and address sensitive inquiries promptly.
  • Determine organizational implications of mid-to-long-term strategy including understanding issues and creating plans for potential disruptions in business model.

 

What you bring:

 

  • 8-10 years of experience required; Knowledge of research, competitive analysis, and financial analysis techniques; strategy work with data/finance focus; in-depth knowledge of business case development and strategic planning
  • Four-year degree required
