What you do:

Provide a concierge service experience supporting our ALFS or FMO distributions sales teams within broker dealer and field marketing office spaces.  Handle complex situations, elevated service concerns and accommodation requests on a broad range of cross functional issues.  Influence results, top producer retention and increases sales.  Educate and train the field on operational changes in addition to new digital and service capabilities.  Bring forward service breakdowns and recommend process improvements for a better overall service experience.  Partner with Operations Relationship Managers and internal and external sales to retain business and increase sales. You will report into the Relationship Management Senior Manager.

·       Handles complex, escalated and extraordinary situations.  Solve problems, provide creative solutions, and restore faith in the company through service recovery efforts coordinating and collaborating with many departments (legal, compliance, IT, operations, internal and external sales, actuarial, etc.) Have an understanding of Allianz products, customers, lines of business, distribution channels, operations function and systems, business rules and regulatory requirements.  Ability to excel in a deadline driven environment.  Reacting appropriately and quickly to escalated issues. Possess excellent communications skills to present cases to leadership, deliver constructive feedback to department managers, and communicate results to customers.

·       Cultivates and maintains close field relationships to ensure retention, increased sales and customer satisfaction. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and extremely effective written and verbal communications. Work with assigned sales group to ensure efficiency and quality of work and agree on focus. Share operational updates with the field and internal partners including the reasons, benefits and impacts of the changes. Shares new service and digital capabilities with the field. Seek feedback from top producers takes action and makes improvements.

·       Participates in face-to-face interactions with the field when they are in the home office or occasionally at field offices to solidify relationships, hear and respond to feedback, educate and promote Allianz. Attend and present at sales desk huddles and meets with sales management to discuss performance and obtain feedback.

·       Works with sales teams to provide value added programs to set Allianz apart from our competition focused on new, top Allianz or top industry and missing in action producers. Follow up with detractors from NPS and other field surveys to resolve outstanding concerns, hear feedback and restore relationships.

 

What you bring:

·       2-3 years’ experience required: transferable customer service or relationship management skills

·       Two-year required or equivalent work experience
