As a Program Manager within the Transformation Office, you will help drive initiatives that support Allianz Life's Growth and Strategy. The ability to collaborate across operations, anticipate and resolve impediments, and guide partner alignment is critical for role. The Program Manager role has an impact on execution of our goals and serving our customers. You will report to the Portfolio Director.

What you do:

• Business Case & Strategic Alignment: Develop, document, and implement strategy for the program team to achieve program outcomes and ensure program is aligned with broader organizational goals and objectives. Define benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the program and oversee plan to achieve benefit realization.
• Organization: Oversee all activities associated with the program to ensure the goals and commitments are achieved.
• Governance & Stakeholder Management: Develop partnerships with functional partners of all levels of leadership to guide focus on our goals . Define program governance structure, inclusive of decision making and overall partner engagement plan.
• End-to-End Delivery: Manage centralized plan that encompasses all functional area activities critical to success of initiative through the program lifecycle. Guide the strategic vision of the program through seamless delivery to achieve business outcomes and goals.
• Business Readiness: Partner with team members to identify area impacts, incorporate needs into overall program plan and guide mitigation plans for critical readiness areas. You will be a Change Management conduit to partners and facilitate transition activities. Oversee important project readiness for delivery (i.e. ensure requirements are delivered to keep project moving).
• Risk Management: Manage risks and take corrective measurements. Anticipate and remove roadblocks with urgency to minimize negative results to the program.
• Financial: Manage program's budget to ensure business objectives are achieved within approved funding. Partner with Product Manager and Business Sponsor to articulate value of proposed scope and facilitate funding approvals.

What you bring:

• 8-10 years of experience required
• You will lead enterprise-level programs consisting of teams with multiple delivery work streams requiring collaboration and management
• You will lead projects with direct responsibility for running project teams, budgeting and scheduling
• You will fostering innovation and transformation
• Four-year degree or, equivalent work experience
