Responsible for leading the strategic development, adoption and execution of industry leading professional development programs that drive the growth of Allianz Distribution employees. This role requires an in depth understanding of our distribution channels and the ability to collaborate closely with senior business partners. Together, you will establish the objectives, programs and measurements that foster associate effectiveness, retention and progression within their career path. This position is responsible for both overseeing vendors as well as developing and delivering program content using industry best practices. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for other internal distribution sales training teams.

 

What you do:

Strategic leadership of professional development across all Distribution channels. Partnering across Distribution channels to drive targeted development strategies. Critical relationship building with business partners to ensure employee development goals are met.

Build relationships with internal/external partners to ensure development programs are delivering greatest impact. Researching and implementing best practices.

Accountable for measuring monitoring and communicating efficacy reports for development programs that drive continuous improvement.

Manage Distribution employee development budget and collaborate with Vendor Management resource in oversight of external contractors.

 

What you bring:

  • 6-7 years of experience in the financial services industry. Understanding of Distribution. People leadership a must. Outstanding public speaking skills. Strong communication both written and verbal.
  • Four-year degree
  • Ability to travel on occasion
