What you do:

Coordinates, prepares, and performs actuarial analyses to support the development of products, financial forecasts, corporate strategy and new market development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages projects, analyzes results and provides options and recommendations including:
    • New product feasibility studies
    • Competitive landscape and trend analysis
    • Business case development and related forecasts


  • Collaborates with corporate actuarial function to support: Product pricing and development; risk mitigation methods; and insurance regulations


  • Provides technical expertise during execution of new products and strategies in support of:
    • Product specifications and systems implementation
    • Integrations into existing tools, software, and calculators
    • Identifying market demand and developing marketing and distribution collateral to address stakeholder needs


What you bring:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4-5 years’ experience required: Experience in financial services or insurance industry or other related field; Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities
  • Four-year degree required: Actuarial science, mathematics, economics, physics, engineering, finance, or other related field
  • Achieved ASA


  • 6-7 years’ experience preferred: Deep understanding of insurance products; understanding of fundamentals of product economics; knowledge of corporate finance and strategy; product implementation experience
