What you do:

The Compliance Analytics Manager leads the analytics function within the Ethics & Compliance department. This role is accountable for creating and executing a strategy and program that advances the use of data and analytics within the Legal, Ethics and Compliance division for the benefit of supported business areas. The role will partner with leaders and stakeholders to understand regulatory compliance needs in areas such as AML, Data Privacy, Sales Practice Risk and drive innovative solutions that achieve greater risk management efficiency and effectiveness. This role will manage a team of compliance analytics professionals and partner with similar business area functions to help drive company-wide advancement in the space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Creates and executes a strategy for advancing data, analytics and reporting use cases and methodologies that enhance management of compliance risks.
  • Manages, develops and mentors a staff of analytics professionals to deliver results in support of department and company goals.
  • Oversees complex cross-departmental projects with the ability to deliver outcomes and key results; influences others and gains buy-in for necessary stakeholder collaboration.
  • Represents the department on the company’s Data & Analytics Operating Committee and participates in related company initiatives to help drive enterprise-wide capabilities.
  • Develops and maintains a baseline understanding of regulatory compliance matters and related risks for our business.
  • Develops and fosters external industry connections and remains abreast of analytics and compliance trends.

  • Ability to effectively partner with key stakeholders, and comfortable presenting to leadership
  • Basic knowledge of business intelligence and analytical tools and languages, e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R, or Python
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project and program management abilities


What you bring:


Education and experience

  • 5-7 years of overall experience required: could include compliance-related experience, financial services experience, data analysis, data visualization, programming, consulting, or project management
  • 2-3 years of formal or informal team or people leadership experience
  • Four year degree required or equivalent work experience
