What you do:

With support, you will manage customer service requests and inquiries by applying knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and operations. You will help guide our results by: establishing customer relationships; ensure a high degree of productivity and quality; and recommend process improvements for assigned functional area. You will follow established guidelines and procedures while meeting/exceeding all benchmarks. You will report to the Operations Senior Manager.


  • Respond to, validate, and approve customer service requests and inquiries for all customer segments, including top customers, by applying knowledge and following established standards.
  • Review, research, and recommend resolutions for non-routine customer inquiries.
  • Mentor other team members and act as a resource for assigned area.
  • Coordinate and assist with team and department projects to meet our needs.
  • Improve our results by providing customer service, education, and communication.
  • Process variable death variable death claims tasks in accordance with applicable state regulations.
  • Conduct outbound calls as needed for claims follow-up with beneficiaries.


What you bring:

  • 1 or more years of experience required: customer service, Allianz Operations, Insurance or Financial Industry, in various customer service focused areas
  • 2 or more years of experience preferred: Allianz Operations, Insurance or Financial Industry, in multiple customer service focused areas
  • High school diploma required; two-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
