What you do:

You will participate as the liaison with key Business Stakeholders and IT in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects and products. You will conduct validation of contract print, create service tickets and assist Operations partners and IT in defect resolution and remediation. You will support governance of multiple forms of output including contract print, correspondence, statements/confirms and mass mailings. You will assist with planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing, training/SOP support, and project transition.  Advanced knowledge of Fixed/Variable/Life businesses and product lines a plus.


  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets the business needs
  • Provide input into business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation
  • Responsible for ensuring proper processes and guidelines are followed for changes to multiple types of output


What you bring:


  • 2 or more years of experience required: Demonstrated accomplishments in implementing projects and other initiatives
  • 6 or more years of experience preferred: Solid knowledge encompassing multiple areas in Allianz Operations
  • Understanding of digital delivery methods and practices a plus
  • Knowledge of Fixed/Variable/Life businesses and product lines a plus



  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
