You will provide a concierge-level experience for producers, FMOs and Broker Dealers when a complex or escalated service issue arises. Provide subject matter expertise and leadership from start to finish for each issue, engaging the appropriate partners. You will maintain relationships internally and externally and takes a collaborative approach to issue resolution. You will report into the Operations Relationship Management Director.

 

What you do:

·         Handle complex, escalated, service issues and accommodations requests. Responsible for intake, research, collaboration with stakeholders to determine resolution, and clear communication internally and externally throughout the process.

·         Collect, analyze and share service feedback/trends from the field with internal sales teams, operations and other areas as needed/requested.

·         Educate/train the field on operational changes and new service/digital capabilities. Meet with field partners during home office and field office events and visits.       

·         Follow up with detractors from NPS and other field surveys. Identify trends and recommend solutions.

 

What you bring:

•             2 + years’ experience required: transferable customer service or relationship management skills

•             High school diploma required
