You will manage the development and delivery of top-notch Advanced Markets presentation programs. You will keep current on industry advanced marketing issues and concepts, and involves an in-depth analysis of possible topics for future Advanced Markets programs. You will create cutting edge producer presentations and related marketing collateral on those latest Advanced Markets topics.  Outstanding communication and presentation skills with an ability to connect technical advanced tax and legal concepts to the practical sales process so that the producer understands how the information can be applied in a sales situation.  Extensive travel is required.

 

What you do:

  • Strive to find and deliver new ideas for Advanced Markets promotions and marketing support: Keep current on Advanced Markets issues and industry concepts. Recommend new topics for field programs and promotion by Advanced Markets to enhance cross-selling opportunities. Research new ideas and tax/legal issues related to Advanced Markets programs.
  • Create cutting edge presentations and related marketing collateral: Responsible for program content development including the PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, and value-added promotional items related to the program topic. Work with compliance and Ad Review to meet corporate standards. Update and enhance the program(s) to maintain them as Advanced Markets offerings.
  • Deliver top-notch presentations to producers: Present Advanced Markets topics (and other value-added programs) to agents and registered reps at a variety of venues including broker-dealer and strategic account meetings, Allianz marketing conferences and Universities, industry meetings and conferences, client seminars, etc. Present as a keynote speaker, break-out speaker, via a Webinar, conference calls, etc.
  • Act as an ambassador and liaison between external Distribution partners (wholesalers and marketers), and internal home office Marketing: Work to enhance relationships between Marketing and Distribution. Bring appropriate ideas to Marketing from Distribution. Consider and support corporate strategic direction and initiatives.

 

What you bring:

  • 8 or more years' experience required: Experience in financial services industry in marketing or sales, with outstanding public speaking skills.
  • Four-year degree required
  • Advanced degree preferred: J.D., CPA, MBA, CFP, CLU, or ChFC
