The Customer Journey Owner Director is accountable for leading the design and implementation of customer journey across the value chain including implementation of methodologies, practices and tools for Financial Professional (FinPro) and customer. This role woks collaboratively across Distribution, Product Innovation, Digital, Marketing, Operations and other business functions to understand each stage of FinPro and customer interactions. Proactively engage with all internal and external stakeholders to identify and influence opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with Customer Insights and Data & Analytics functions to understand and improve FinPro and customer experience across all product lines and interaction points. Coach, mentor and may provide direction and guidance to more junior Journey Owners. You will report to the VP of Customer Experience.

 

What you do:

 

Customer Journey Application

  • Lead the design, implementation and measurement of customer journeys across the value chain
  • Implement and evolve practices, methodologies and tools to understand and improve the FinPro and customer experience across all product lines and touchpoints
  • Engage with Customer Insights and Data & Analytics functions to identify trends and opportunities, ensure measurement and maintain a continues feedback loop
  • Collaborate with Distribution, Product Innovation, Digital, Marketing and Operations partners to improve FinPro and customer interactions

 

Company Growth Strategy

  • You will be the Customer Experience subject matter expert and practice lead on projects in support of our growth strategy
  • Engage with growth portfolio teams to ensure incorporation of customer experience practices in identification, segmentation and interaction with FinPros and customers

 

Industry Perspective and Benchmarking

  • You will remain current on new trends in FinTech and FinPro / customer needs and expectations
  • Continuously benchmark against best in class customer experience industry leaders
  • Represent the view from a FinPro / advisor's desk in development of customer journeys, enhancements of processes and tools and in support of omni-channel engagement strategies

 

What you bring:

 

  • 8+ years of experience required
  • Cross-functional customer journey development and management.
  • You will convey the importance of customer-centric approaches and to mobilize teams through all levels and functions
  • Four-year degree required in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience
