What you do:

 

Support and consult in implementing a data governance framework across the Investment organization. Partner and consult with the business to establish data stewards and owners, data policies, controls, and document data lineage. Own the data quality ticketing process and analyze and resolve tickets in close collaboration with the business partners. Drive the business in providing clear data requirements and definitions of data quality and controls.

 

  • Supports the design and implementation of a comprehensive data governance strategy, roadmap, and practice including developing and executing data management policies and practices. Be an active champion for data governance.
  • Researches data quality tickets and resolves them in collaboration with the business partners by fixing the root cause and establishing new controls, checks, and process improvements as appropriate.
  • Drive the design and ongoing maintenance of data standards and data quality standards. Ensures data is meeting data quality standards and following data governance standards.
  • Provides support around critical information and how it is used for business processing within the organization
  • Facilitates development of business data flows and documentation of control

 

What you bring:

  • 2-3 years’ experience required: Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management concepts
  • Four-year degree required: Four-year degree in Finance, Math, Economics, or related quantitative field. – : Experience establishing data quality control and implementing data standards, data stewardship, metadata management, data life cycle management, or data architecture management. Understanding data quality reporting methodologies and capabilities.
  • Understanding of Investment Domain / CFA charter. Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices and experience in project management.
