Based in Hong Kong, this role is mainly responsible for driving global digital marketing and elevating the firm’s digital presence as well as providing support to regional/local teams if needed.

Role & responsibilities

Client Digital Experience and Engagement

  • Lead the design and management of digital client journey from awareness, engagement, consideration to conversion, connecting our owned digital platforms with external channels and capitalizing on marketing technology to uplift engagement capabilities
  • Gather and interpret stakeholder and client feedbacks to shape design solutions that meet both business and client’s needs
  • Conduct research to understand client needs, opportunities and pain points for on-going digital engagement optimization and driving “Best in Class” experiences for the digital platforms
  • Design client specific journey framework tailored to various audiences
  • Devise marketing automation strategy including lead generation and nurturing plans for cross/up-sell opportunities, creating client’s stickiness and personalizing the engagement


Strategic Support

  • Support the team lead to identify and strategize key levers of global digital strategy and campaigns for a better client-centric, data-driven, integrated and efficient client journeys management and achieve business goals
  • Develop an expert knowledge of client base, digital market trends, competitor activities for the support of strategic direction
  • Provide support to the continuous development and knowledge build-up of team members in various digital topics including campaign execution, application of analytics models etc


Analytics & Insights

  • Develop insights from multiple dashboards to identify client experience optimization opportunities amongst different client segments and geographical locations


Local Market Enablement

  • Lead regular best practice sharing sessions with local teams and channel marketers for synergy and harmonizing the digital marketing approaches at large
  • Work with local teams and channel marketers to identify opportunities for client journey enhancement and provide support to implementation



  • Support digital marketing programs (both always-on and tactical) including web-page design and development, email campaigns, media planning, social media, online content development
  • Represent global digital marketing team to participate in the team- or firm-wide projects such as sales enablement implementation
  • Support digital marketing budget management
  • Adhere to industry regulations and internal governance, zero tolerance to deviation


Experience / Qualifications and Skills

  • 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably with fund, wealth management or banking industry background; experience in agency is definitely a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of digital client journey development and optimization
  • Hands-on experience in project management with strong proven capabilities to drive firm-wide initiatives,  designing new digital propositions in line with overall client experience goals
  • Familiarity with web Content Management Systems (CMS) - ideally Sitecore
  • Strong web design skills which will include the ability to edit HTML / HTML5 (a must) and JavaScript skills
  • Client centric with strong analytical power, problem identification, solution design
  • Result-driven and agile to business change with the ability to meet very tight deadlines
  • Ability to work within a complex matrix of relationships, interfaces and issues
  • Strong attention to details and sensitive to data, be flexible and agile to work independently at a fast pace and with minimal supervision
  • Be able to work with senior management / stakeholders in multiple locations especially in European and Asian regions, and be able to provide insights
  • Excellent communication in English to work with senior stakeholders across presentations and obtain ideas buy-in
  • Passionate to drive change, resilience against setbacks and obstacles, internal processes & regulations
