This role is responsible to provide service and to develop agency business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit & provide technical support to agents.
  • Identify and explore potential growth area in allocated business portfolio and promote cross selling.
  • Monitor and ensure business retention. For renewal policy, ensure all policies are renewed other than decline risk.
  • Manage agent’s profitability and compliance.
  • Manage and follow up with agents on all outstanding claims on monthly basis.
  • Organized sales activities/road show to increase agent’s production and publicized Allianz’s branding to create awareness of public.
  • Conduct product training to agents.
  • Guiding Marketing Assistant to train new agents and handling some daily routine jobs.

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3 year of working experience in General Insurance industry or equivalent.
  • Passionate to provide good service and ability to network.
  • Persuasive with good negotiation skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to work independently
