What you do

As PMO for Strategic Marketing, you will be part of the Voice of the Customer team, supporting our program of impactfully measuring customer experience and contributing to a customer centric mindset within our organization.
In this role, you’ll experience collaboration across the highly dynamic Allianz Partners ecosystem, and be exposed to stakeholders around the globe & across different functions, ensuring commitment, buy-in and action. You will be supporting our activities regarding data analysis, technical implementation, and customer experience improvement actions.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Analysis of the current data situation in close collaboration with our experts  
  • Coordination of exchange on Customer Experience (CX) initiatives across the Allianz Partners organization 
  • Insight in technical setup of our CX surveying at Allianz Partners and support in the respective run tasks, including the implementation of improvement actions 
  • Collaboration with colleagues from our local markets across the world, hub functions as well as other Allianz Partners or Allianz Group departments on an ad-hoc basis 
  • Anticipate business challenges, find solutions for complex problems and ensure compliance with regulatory as well as Group requirements
  • Establish efficient program coordination with clear responsibilities in relevant projects under the VoC program umbrella
  • Manage governance, prioritization and demand management processes with relevant business owners
     

 

What you bring

  • 2-5 years of work experience in a large corporate environment, with previous experience in the field of project management or Strategic Marketing  
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently with global and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical skills, data affinity and curiosity to deep dive into technical details to support key projects
  • Collaborative mindset, ability to influence and mobilize resources with intercultural sensitivity and international experience   
  • Strong sensitivity to business needs and interest in customer experience with passion for data-driven CX transformation
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills (i.e. communication, presentation and negotiation) as an assertive proactive team player
  • English business fluent, additional language is a plus
