Job Purpose/Role

 

The board area "Business Applications" in Allianz Technology is responsible to run, optimize, transform and innovate the Allianz Group's global target application portfolio. In our department HR Platforms (HRP) in Munich, we are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Learning & Talent Management to actively support the continuous development of the SuccessFactors platform in the area of Learning, Succession and Development.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for IT change management, operations and projects relating to SuccessFactors LMS, Succession and Development
  • Technical lead of component team(s) coordinating their activities esp. management of the team capacity and utilization to meet the demand in the overall supply chain (change, operations, projects)
  • Analyze and determine client requirements, hereupon develop and deliver innovative HR IT solutions that are aligned with the client's strategy and processes in the area of Talent Management and Learning
  • Support clients to successfully navigate through critical IT changes  with impact on business processes
  • Facilitate complex issues or situations
  • Support to establish processes, tools and enabling technologies to improve product quality & throughput
  • Active stakeholder management

 

 

Qualification

 

  • University degree (master or equivalent), preferably in technical sciences with a focus on information technology
  • Official SuccessFactors certifications of the relevant modules are desired

 

 

Knowledge/Skills

 

  • In depth knowledge of at least one SuccessFactors module in the area of LMS and Succession
  • Good understanding of HR processes
  • Good understanding of IT processes esp. Change Management and IT Operations
  • Used to and willing to work in agile set-ups; Scrum Skills (Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner) of advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management skills or consulting skills of advantage
  • Continuous learning willingness and ability to navigate a fast moving environment
  • Fluency in English, any further language is a plus

 

 

Experience 

 

  • 5+ years of professional experience, notably in the SuccessFactors area mainly with LMS & Succession
  • Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations
  • Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience
