Key responsibilities


As a Global Delivery Service Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

Lead testing for defined line of business:

- Define Testing approach cross Assistance & Mobility IT Platform and Cross Country and ensure proper governance & reporting    
- Define and harmonize test tools, templates and methodology
- Define and shape the Business Test Factory for global UAT
- Monitor and coordinate the global platform test preparation and execution cross systems/cross project/cross LoBs
- Define and coordinate test environments and test data preparation across systems

Coordinate Test plans across systems and phases:
- Define, plan and organize trainings of testers
- Define quality gates and ensure quality gates completion
- Define, plan and organize Automated Non-regression testing 
 

Implement the continuous testing strategy for all IT domain areas within the LoB customer journey, lead the on-going testing transformation (harmonization, automation, externalization) & onboard the non-LoB specific topics as required.
 

Implement and manage the Line of Business (LoB) Change Management & Training strategy and way of working globally. This includes implementing the overall change management strategy around all businesses and initiatives (ACM & Non-ACM) within the LoB.

Manage the overall RUN organization for the defined line of business & support the onboarding of BUs onto the overall Global platform RUN organization and structure. The role will support the Global Platform RUN process across applications by line of bsuiness as well as country-specific/ legacy applications.


What you bring

 

  • Multi-Year experience in collaboration with IT or working within IT department.
  • Multi-Year experience in financial planning and IT cost management.
  • Multi-Year experience in IT stakeholer or vendor management role.
  • IT controlling and performance measurement.
  • Training and Experience in a leadership role.
  • Agile Scrum, OPEX, Six Sigma and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
  • Demonstratable experience in transformation programs; change management trainings.
  • Understanding of local and regional labour laws and regulations
  • Advanced English.
