In the Agile@Allianz team, the Agile Coach (m/f/d) is responsible for coaching and facilitating Agile teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering products and services in an Agile way that provide exceptional business value to customers.
About you:
You will be working with a diverse hands-on team that is passionate about driving change and growing people for Allianz. You have an Agile mindset and a wide variety of Agile tools, methods and knowledge, are easily at your disposal. You are able to analyze and assess customer's needs and provide advice in finding a suitable Agile approach. You understand the difference between coaching and consulting, when to apply which approach and when to shift accordingly.

Key Responsibilities



  • Leading the Agile way of thinking in Allianz through embracing and fostering agility and reflecting on the way of working
  • Being a member of a highly motivated team and play an active role in developing a growing Agile organization
  • Building Agile capabilities in different parts of the company where Agile practices are not yet fully adopted or understood
  • Clearly pointing out organizational impediments and foster respective improvements involving all levels of management
  • Coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Teams in their roles 
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of Agile practices within Allianz, e.g. through sharing of good practices internally and externally


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience


  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Having at least 3 years relevant experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master, including working on agile transformation projects
  • Having deep knowledge and experience in change management, and different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, DevOps etc.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Having a critical thinking approach generated by observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, and communication
  • Having strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, communication, facilitation, conflict management and team building
  • Enjoying working in an intercultural and a multi-national environment
