Within the rapidly growing area of Real Estate and Procurement – part of the Operations Practice Area- we give our clients overall transparency, select and implement best in class solutions, secure the integration of ESG criteria as well as define and adapt processes to new working standards.


Key Responsibilities



  • Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
  • Take care of Allianz´ real estate and relocation management projects in order to harmonize the Allianz Group structure
  • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them
  • Conduct data analysis in the environment of Allianz location portfolio
  • Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management and help and coach more junior project team members
  • Oversee the day to day operations of the assigned tasks until completion
  • Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects 
  • General contribution to Allianz Consulting 
  • Contribute actively to pitches
  • Ensure adequate development of team members via coaching, mentoring, personal development and training


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience



  • University degree with real estate background or equivalent experience with focus on re-location and real estate management
  • Operational insurance business and/ or consultancy experience for more than 5 years
  • Project- and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement
  • Experience in change management, quality management, integration and re-organization with a strong focus on real estate projects as well as training and lecturing in
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
  • Communication, facilitation, sales and conflict management skills
  • Strategic and operational management experience
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office; nice to have: Oracle, SQL and SAS
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
