Department description / job purpose / role:


Allianz SE Holding IT is managing all workplace and infrastructure IT Services required for the business operations of Allianz SE. As an intern you will assist our team and mainly the Business Owner of our Workplace Services, who is responsible for overseeing the relationship to the internal service provider Allianz Technology and the contractual framework and for monitoring service supply with respect to service level agreements. 


Your key responsibilities will be the following:


  • Among others, your responsibilities will include:
  • Support in  project management (e.g. status reporting, project planning and tracking, deliverables management, risk management)
  • Contributing to the setup of services and processes;
  • Support of the management in the preparation and follow up of meetings


(education, trainings, certificates, special IT skills - e.g coding languages + specific software skills, language skills, etc.):


  • Advanced studies in Business Administration, Computer Science or any combination of the above (Business & IT)
  • Excellent communication skills in  English and ideally in German
  • Strong interest and first experiences in project management
  • You are reliable and able to work autonomously with a high degree of responsibility
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week)
