Job Purpose / Role 

 

You will be working in the dynamic and international Group Human Resources/HR division. This position offers the opportunity to work in the area to set up and oversee processes regarding human resources master data management.
Group HR is responsible for developing and monitoring HR initiatives world-wide, working closely with the Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) and the Allianz SE Board of Management. This area is covering 140,000 employees in more than 70 countries in order to facilitate management decisions, supporting business goals and cultural transformation.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

- Responsibility for the successful operational implementation and delivery and governance of the Product House Human Recourses Administration is on:
- General project management to set up and enhance global HR processes 
- Collaboration with entities worldwide, HR departments and vendor to successfully run
- Support continuous improvement of employee listening methodolgies to generate actionable insights and automate processes, e.g. trhough IT plaform integration.
- Global employee engagement community management and best-practice sharing
- Project, process, and data quality assurance 
- Collaborate closely with data privacy, IT security, compliance, risk management, works council and legal requirements

 

Qualification/ Experience & Key skills:

 

- Degree background, with SuccessFactors Employee Central and related applications/ Project management /  Business Admin / Fluency in English
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required 
- Microsoft PowerPoint skills required
- Experience in working with additional technology platforms preferential (e.g. survey platforms, HR systems)
- Relevant international project management experience – leading or co-leading projects with global and matrixes stakeholders
- International working experience and intercultural sensitivity
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central from a business and Information Technology perspective
- Experience working in operational environments with a focus on continues process improvement
- Problem solving mindset with a focus on team work
