Department description / job purpose / role:

This role forms part of the HR Strategy & Transformation function and focuses on partner/stakeholder communications, internal engagement/activation initiatives and external efforts to further promote this topic. The person who will succeed in this position will have strengths in the following 4 areas: writing  English), designing, project management, and relationship building.


Your key responsibilities will be the following:


  • You’re familiar with how communications works in a corporate environment: 1-3 years of corporate communications or agency experience is highly desired.
  • You know how to write to capture people’s attention and change their behaviors all while creatively packaging content within a smart design: From start to finish, you’re a self-sufficient content creator! You’re an effective English speaking writer who knows how to make their work come to life in a presentation-ready format (design experience is valuable—and knowing your way around Canva is an advantage!).
  • You’re a pro at keeping your projects on track and staying organized—and you have an interest in HR topics too!: Experience in the area of HR or project management would be a bonus
  • Your writing abilities include developed journalistic skills like interviewing, research and analysis, digital content creation and copywriting
  • You’re digitally savvy: Your skills are current with modern digital work tools and you are competent in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams (or something similar), and have experience handling online Content Management tools (intranet/website).
  • Some traits you possess: High self-motivation and willingness to take on new challenges, ability to lead work independently, own projects, anticipate potential gaps and improvement areas, navigate multiple deadlines skillfully, ask questions, share your ideas, and have fun with the team!


(education, trainings, certificates, special IT skills - e.g coding languages + specific software skills, language skills, etc.):


  • Currently enrolled in masters degree program in communications, PR, journalism or any other related field.
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to quickly understand company standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Eagerness to speak up and bring your own ideas, own projects, and work in an agile and collaborative
  • team.


Experience & Key skills
(relevant professional experience, years of experience, soft skills, etc.):


  • Professional communications qualification highly desirable
  • 1 to 3 years of corporate communications track record with experience in internal communications, ideally in a global organization
  • Experience in the area of HR or project management would be highly desirable
  • Journalistic skills to include copywriting, research and analysis, digital content creation
  • Competence with MS Word and PowerPoint and MS Excel, and handling of online Content Management tools (intranet/website). Experience in design, and using Canva is advantageous.
  • High self-motivation and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to lead work independently, own projects and foresee potential gaps and improvement areas, and navigate multiple deadlines skillfully
