Job Purpose/Role
Group Business Transformation is the transformation and innovation engine of the Allianz Group. As part of Group Business Transformation, the Allianz Customer Model - ACM - is of highest strategic relevance for Allianz Group. With the Allianz Customer Model, we strive for business model harmonization based on simplicity, scalability and digital solutions. The ACM Economics/MIS Specialist is responsible to coordinate and steer the global digital activities within the Group; enable digital transformation in a coordinated and collaborative manner; leverage the synergies of the Group-wide digital activities by transparently mapping the OE driven activities and connect the efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support activities to measure impact of digital business transformation across the Group (esp. ACM Economics)
  • Design and further develop a consistent ACM Economics approach across modules (internal benchmarking and bottom-up quantification/business cases)
  • Re-use and enhance available data regarding growth/customer satisfaction, efficiency and effectiveness in close collaboration with other GroupCenters
  • Create and maintain an easy-to-use reporting environment
  • Challenge results with OEs and give guidance how to maximize economic impact to OEs and ACM modules


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Master degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English

Experience & Key Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Finance
  • 3-5 years of business experience
  • 3-5 years leadership/project management experience
  • Strong affinity to digital developments and strategy topics
  • Strong communication and motivation skills
  • Can do attitude / hands-on approach
