Key responsibilities/What you do
Drive Engagement, Health & Well-being, Diversity & Inclusion (IHEX) as well as the Learning & Developmet (L&D) strategy in DACH to ensure our employee value proposition is lived from the inside out, in collaboration with the NCEE Regional Employee Experience & Engagement manager:


  • Develop and execute initiatives to increase employment brand awareness and amplify employee’s purpose and meaning with their work
  • Lead various employee listening mechanisms, analyze employee feedback & implement programs to improve employee experience
  • Support the implementation of existing cultural & recognition programs 
  • Lead and facilitate groups of volunteer employees to support IHEX initiative implementation
  • Drive local specific events: quarterly celebration, health campaigns and IHEX events
  • Take a leadership role in the design, delivery and analysis of the L&D strategy within the DACH region
  • Nurture and maintain effective realtionships with both internal and external stakeholders in the learning community and ensure the successful operation of a global catalogue of learning services
  • Implement a lifelong learning approach to L&D activity that supports the business needs

Key requirements/What you bring

  • Demonstratable interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate across all levels of the business
  • Fluent in English & German 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through to delivery in an international environment 
  • Forward-thinker who is results focused and comfortable with operating in a changing environment 
  • Passion for building a culture which is engaging and supports employee growth
  • Experience of using data analytics appropriate to employee engagement and development activiies
