Job Summary
Deliver accurate and timely statistical sales performance reports and prepare effective communication materials for management and the agency force.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare write-ups and communication materials for management and the agency force.
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports.
- Coordinate, promote, generate, monitor and analyze sales/recruiting contests launched.
- Involve in system development, understand the business features and perform system enhancement for data/reports.
- Provide support during company events/activities and handle any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Business Studies / Mathematics / Statistic
- Good command in English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skill
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
- Meticulous and pay attention to details
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Result-oriented
- Proficiency in Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate applications will be an advantage.
