Job Summary

Deliver accurate and timely statistical sales performance reports and prepare effective communication materials for management and the agency force.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare write-ups and communication materials for management and the agency force.
  • Generate and analyze sales performance reports.
  • Coordinate, promote, generate, monitor and analyze sales/recruiting contests launched.
  • Involve in system development, understand the business features and perform system enhancement for data/reports.
  • Provide support during company events/activities and handle any ad-hoc duties assigned.

 

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Business Studies / Mathematics / Statistic
  • Good command in English and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous and pay attention to details
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Result-oriented
  • Proficiency in Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate applications will be an advantage.
