Job Summary
In charge of developing and executing effective training programme that contribute to agents’ productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and support agent training path especially to strategize (including training mapping, training needs analysis) agent development path and training programme that improve agents’ retention and productivity.
- Digitalized training programs that improve training effectiveness and enhance agent training experience.
- Ensure training compliance by agents.
- Ensure quality and effectiveness of the training programme and compliance.
- Handle agencies’ enquiries on training related matters with excellent service mindset.
- Participate in company’s, division’s and department’s events and projects.
Key Requirements
- Able to write and speak well in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skill
- Service oriented

- Willingness to learn and progress
- IT savvy and computer literate
- Detail oriented
