Pricing Manager (General Insurance)

Key Responsibilities
• Define and develop technical and commercial price for retail products
• Regular monitoring of portfolio performance
• Propose pricing and portfolio management initiatives and assess financial impact for such initiatives
• Provide analytical support to other business functions
• Prepare and review rate filing documentations to regulator
• Mentor, train, and develop junior staffs and review their work
Key Requirements
• Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, or other Mathematics/Statistics-based major
• Talents with 4 years of relevant work experience or more in General (Non-Life) Insurance
• Have experience in managing direct reports
• Good progress in internationally recognized actuarial examinations
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• High learning agility and work efficiency
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills
• Strong computer application skills in Microsoft Office product suite and programming language such as Py-thon (preferred), SAS, R
