Job Purpose

Lead the transformation of the health business operations in Asia into a world class operations with focus on sustainable cost, scalable capabilities and resilient operating environment while delivering best in class service to our customers, distribution and partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

1.    Work with OEs and cross functional teams to gain an in-depth understanding of their Business Processes.
2.    Identifies issues, gaps and translate them into business requirements and/or Initiatives. To ensure alignment with Group/Regional TeX and Rules.
3.    Co-develop a business strategy placing digitalization, automation and customer at the centre.
4.    Defining the scope of the changes and developing timelines and key milestones
5.    Work actively with stakeholders in AZAP/Core Project Team 
6.    Participate in all schedule project governance calls
7.    Prepare and deliver updates and regular updates to key stakeholders.
8.    Manage Change, drive and track performance of key milestones and deliverables
9.    Work with OEs to drive alignment and standardization across the Region on key business requirements and controls to manage claims (Cost Containment)
10.    Drive execution and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. 
11.    Drive efficiency and productivity aligning with future business direction, growth and improve customer experience.
12.    Drive implementation of Health Claims Management Systems across the region in collaboration with from AZAP.
13.    Drive implementation of Digital Health Services across the region in collaboration with AZAP.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience in Technical skills -Claims and was part of the transformation team in her previous role focusing Change Management, Development of eplatforms for claim submission, developed in house engines to enable STPs, Claims Automation and FWA.
