Job Purpose/Role
Based in Malaysia, you will achieve portfolio targets through nurturing of existing customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities
    Renew existing policies across Malaysia region
    Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities on existing policies
    Ensure proper pricing
    Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio
    Educate and assist intermediaries and policy holders on policy details
    Maintain accurate policy information in group systems
    Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with existing policy holders
    Interact closely with other core functions (ie. Risk, Claims and Policy Admin)


Job Requirements
  
 Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance/financial institutions in B-to-B accounts management in a multicultural organization
    Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to market players, policy holders and brokers
    Strong communication and negotiation skill 
    Good written and spoken English
    Able to travel within Malaysia
