Job Summary

'We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes and systems, gathering and documenting requirements, conducting research and analysis, assist in developing business cases, and managing project scope and requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible to faciliate and collaborate cross functional team/OE's BA on requirements gathering, validating solutions, providing training and support to users, and monitoring and reporting on performance under regional project.
 

Responsibilities

# Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
# Gather and document requirements from stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
# Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
# Assist in develop business cases to justify investments in new enhancement, projects or initiatives.
# Identify opportunities for system reuseability.
# Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page.
# Manage project scope and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
# Lead tester and validate solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are fit for purpose.
# Provide documentation, training and support to users to ensure they can effectively use new systems or processes.
# Monitor and report on the performance of systems and processes.
# Continuously look for ways to improve business processes and systems. 
# Ensure consistency of requirements across countries for a harmonized regional core platform.
# Lead and mentor junior BAs to translate business requirements into functional requirements for the application development team, with the right information, functional user stories & integration designs to ensure efficient and successful products are delivered to the market.
# Facilitate and collaborate cross functional team to help both parties to develop clear understanding of advantages offered by IT technologies in automating business processes.
# Responsible of regional porject implementation to OEs delivery on time, on budget and ensure quality.
# Manage and plan delivery of demands from OEs by ensuring business objective are met

# Experience with project management methodologies.
# Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
# Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
# Familiarity with business intelligence tools and techniques.
# Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
# Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
# Ability to demonstate downward/upward communication across the project team members
# Expert in Life Insunrance product rules and business process

 

Essential Requirements
# Strong knowledge and experience in Digital implementation project
# Strong knowledge in Life and Health Insurance Product Development
# Project working tools experience is preferred. Eg. Jira, Figma, Miro and etc 

 

Education

# Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

 

Length of Experience

# Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of >10 years of experience.
