What you do:

Responsible to attend and handle all claim loss/damage and notifications from insurance partners in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of qualified service providers in Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality service to our policyholders.

 


Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and recruit reputable service providers specializing in the repair and replacement of appliances;
  • Onboard new providers into our network, conduct thorough background checks and reference validations to ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements;
  • Monitor provider performance on key metrics, including response time, quality of work, and customer satisfaction;
  • Facilitate regular meeting to discuss network performance, provide feedback to providers on areas for improvement and recognition for exceptional service;
  • Conduct periodic site visits to assess provider capabilities and compliance;
  • Research and identify emerging trends in appliance repair and replacement;
  • Expand the provider network to meet changing customer needs and geographic coverage;
  • Maintain a diverse and geographically balanced provider pool to ensure efficient and cost-effective service;
  • Manage provider contracts and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations;
  • Maintain open lines of communication with providers, customers, and internal stakeholders;
  • Manage and resolve customer feedback, inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively within designated timelines whilst providing a feasible resolution through established departmental processes and procedures;
  • Participate in team projects and/or ad-hoc tasks as assigned; and
  • Promote positive teamwork and collaboration in assuming the responsibilities of other team members as and when required.

 

 

As the successful candidate, you will be able to show: 

  • At least 3 years of working experience in network management.
  • Technical and Engineering background will be added advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English and Malay
  • High level interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated person and who is well organized.
  • Strong ability to plan and manage time is essential
