Run key strategic projects/ initiatives and manage the organization's strategic project/ initiative portfolio to make sure that we are dong the right projects the right way. This includes:
- establish a standard governance on how initiative owner's pitch strategic initiatives 
- collaborate with business division on the creaton of the business case for strategic initiatives
- facilitating prioritization discussion to ensure projects are align with strategic objectives
- monitoring and evaluating project progress and benefit realization
- assisting in resolving conflicts and removing roadblocks amongst the project teams/ tribes
