Job Description:

• Provide Bancassurance Division Performance Reports & Data, especially related to KPI monitoring and Sales Performance (weekly, monthly and annually) for Sales Team, Bank Partners and Allianz Management
• Maintain Bancassurance report dashboard related to design report, data integration, user experience optimization, and provide in-dept analysis
• Automation of Banca Reports & Data: Make sure every data and report is produced automated, and maintain delivery of scheduled report to all internal Banca Team and other stakeholder.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree. 

2. Have more than 8 years experience in sales insurance industry, especially in sales performance reporting area

3. Strong skills and ability in Web programming (Ajax, Java, jQuery, PHP, HTML5, CSS etc); Data engineering (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB , ETL processes, Python; and Excel (including advanced functions and VBA), SQL, and data visualization tools.

4. Have strong ability to drive projects, leading others and communicate proactively

5. Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
