The Roadside Assistance line of business brings together all the services to assist drivers of various vehicles (passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, motorcycles, trucks, bikes, new mobility means) facing an accident or a breakdown, from help on phone (HoP), repair on spot (RoS), towing to secondary benefits like mobility or accommodation.

We provide a combination of insurance, services, and digital solutions to support our customers combining technology and a human touch. 

Qualification      

• Analytic
• Problem solving
• Confident and engaging communicator
• Collaboration ability
• Knowing Ms Office but mostly Excel
• Good level in English (min B2)
• Education in mathematics / economics / data analysis / actuary etc.
