AllianzGI AP is the major Distribution hub for cross-border funds. The role of the candidate is to support the key integration projects with one of the cross-border fund Investment Manager located in United States.

The candidate would be allowed to understand cross-border fund distribution flow / process, to apply analysis tools and to learn stakeholders’ management.

The candidate would perform data verification, consolidate queries identified by various stakeholders and coordinate with global vendors

The candidate will support a cross-border project & will get the opportunity to learn the operations process via on-the-job training. The candidate also will have chance to network and collaborate with various business teams and interact with all levels of management.

Role & responsibilities

• To perform data verification
• To set up report schedule (if necessary)
• To coordinate with internal teams to prepare test cases and provide UAT support.
• To prepare workshop, training & conference materials and conduct meetings with internal stakeholders or subject matter experts.
• To perform analysis with the team and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• To assist in gathering & analyzing business requirements in order to come up solution to business.
• To document the business processes and data flow diagrams.
• To run an initiative on process optimization

Experience / Qualifications and Skills

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably major in finance related degree.
• Proficiency with financial statements and a sound understanding of information technology is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Reading and translation in Japanese is an advantage.
• Knowledge in project management & business analysis.
• Good understanding of asset management business is a plus.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and adaptive to change.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Can-do attitude, highly motivated and enjoys team work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
